It's nestled in a nice old building with convenient location in the suburbs where transport costs increase.

Only stayed 4 nights, as we were in a hurry, but glad that chose this nice and absolutely charming hotel. The location was marvellous and unbeatable in a lovely area, next to convenient subway stop.

Beds were extremely tiny in this place.

Particularly good and beautiful setting in the really great area, really close to Piccadilly Circus, Covent Garden and so on, and both Bayswater and Queensway tube stations. Great breakfast, nicely furnished quadruple room.

Stunning and magnificent location - walk from a subway station. A wide array of incredible food.

The location was marvellous and lovely, and we could reach Whiteleys Retail Company by walking. We had quadruple room to ourselves with a garden view, open windows plus 2 twin beds.

Convenient and ideal location of the hotel, adjacent to metrostation and shopping area, and the other subway. Near Whiteleys Retail Company. Great breakfast for value, very good service.

Unpleasant views.

Great and lovely location in the safe area, with a subway station walk from the hotel. Variety of tourist attractions near the venue, like a palace and a theater.

Fantastic food, overall pleasant and incredibly beautiful place.

Spotless and cheap rooms with climate control, luggage storage, and a closet space, etc. Exceptionally comfortable bed and nice facilities. Great location next to Hyde Park on Bayswater area, a short walking distance from both the underground station as well as nice restaurants, and two different tube stations, Bayswater and Queensway.

The breakfast is nice, offered with boiled eggs and hash brown, as example. The location of the hotel in London is marvellous, very close to the Hyde-park or Notting Hill and Kensington gardens and Hyde park and Next tube stations. Do n't forget to explore Westminster Borough district;))

A decent size and recently renovated rooms with coffee and tea making equipment, luggage storage, and a closet space, I truly enjoyed it.

Greatly enjoyed London, the hotel was well-maintained and well-appointed in a patisserie opposite Harrods. The stuff was extraordinary service-minded and provided very good services. The location was convenient as for me, close enough to theatres, shops, Bayswater and Queensway tube stations and many restaurants and shops and many restaurants and public transport.

I was given a decent size and newly renovated room just how expected it to be with fresh linen and baby cot. Chinese cuisine was served in the casual restaurant. The hotel met required needs, I would like to come again.

We thoroughly enjoyed satisfactory breakfasts and good views!

The hotel was nice and absolutely charming, it had awesome staff from check-in to check-out. The location for London was great and unbeatable, close to Close to Kensington, vibrant Queensway and Bayswater Road and the Portobello Road street market. The room was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect plus it had two large windows, tea and coffee making equipment, and a hair dryer.

Modern and really cute hotel in a lovely quiet area close to a short walking distance from both the underground station as well as nice restaurants as well as great restaurants along Bayswater Road. A decent size and newly remodelled rooms with 3 single beds with nice views.

The location is excellent, with easy access to the Bayswater and Queensway tube stations. It's also close to Kensington Gardens, which was perfect for a leisurely walk. The staff were wonderfully helpful and the basic amenities were sufficient for my needs. Considering the prices in this expensive city, I found the hotel to be excellent value for money.
